20th Anniversary Party Was A Big Hit

The weather was perfect, the food was delicious, and the drinks were flowing at what will later be discussed as the media party of the year. Media Works celebrated its 20th anniversary on September 4th on the back patio of their Owings Mills offices with clients, media reps, and long time friends. The party kicked off at 5:30 and went well into the night with some calling it a reunion for the media industry.

Name tags were essential to keep up with the 150 plus party goers. Jody Berg, the president and founder of Media Works, has so much to be proud of with the company she has created and grown over the years. Clients tend to stay with Media Works for 10 plus years because of the specialized customer service brought to each account. Long time clients like Jeff Elkin from Advance Business Systems were on hand for the festivities as well as new clients like Brian Williams from Mile One Automotive. Dave Diehl from Hood College in Frederick made the long drive down for the party and we even had a couple clients from Erickson Retirement Communities leave their TV shoot early to join us. Bill Fanshaw and Pete Ferraro along with a team of managers and sales reps of Sinclair Broadcasting represented at the festivities as both a long time client and respected media vendor in the market. And of course no party would be complete without the Jiffy Lube Co-Op team along with Rudy Miller and Jill Bloom from Lifebridge Health.

From all of us at Media Works we want to thank our clients and friends for coming out and celebrating with us and we look forward to many more years together!

  1. Sorry we had to miss it. I was so looking forward to celebrating with you all for all you do for us! But Deb Dasch and I went to AARP convention and came back on the train. I lost my car, then found it. After all this, I was a dead person and could not move. That’s what happens when you get older!

    Here’s to 20 more years!!
